The Rehab Center at Oak Creek Terrace is committed to providing the highest quality of rehabilitation services available. Our licensed Physical, Occupational and Speech-language Therapists are dedicated, patient, and experienced in meeting the needs of our residents.

The Rehab Center has a primary goal to assist each resident in reaching their optimum level of recovery. As a result, the majority of our residents require only a short 2 to 6 week stay, and are able to return home at the end of their rehabilitation stay. Weekly Rehabilitation team meetings are held to address all aspects of a resident's plan of care which are individualized to meet the specific needs and goals of each rehabilitation candidate.
